Following the great success of Physio Dubai 2006, the Emirates Physiotherapy Society is proud to announce the Second International Emirates Physiotherapy Conference, Physio Dubai 2008. The conference will focus on presenting the latest scientific knowledge in various aspects of physiotherapy practice related to movement dysfunction.

Objectives:

1 - To contribute to the professional development of physiotherapists in the region through gathering experts to share their research findings

2 - To provide a forum for presenting and sharing ideas at an academic, conceptual and clinical level

3 - To provide an opportunity to highlight the role of physiotherapy practice in various fields related to movement dysfunction

4 - To discuss current research and evidence-based practice in multidisciplinary therapeutic management
 
Content:

The conference will be comprised of keynote lectures, free paper sessions, poster presentations, breakout clinical workshops and pre/ post conference courses. The official language of the conference is English.

  - Heart & lungs
  - Sport & fitness
  - Movement dysfunction at work
